FAQs: 

  • You will be charged at the beginning of your 4 week period, prior to your first session. The payment will reflect the total number of sessions in the package of your choice. Payments may be made using Credit Card, Venmo, Zelle, check or in cash.

  • I understand that life happens! I have a 24 hour cancellation policy, so please notify me the day before if you need to reschedule. Any rescheduled session will remain in your account until completed anytime within a 3 week period. If you do not contact me, your session will be marked as completed.

  • From your date of purchase, you will have an additional 2 weeks to complete your sessions if we are not able complete your sessions within the 4 week period, due to reasons such as travel, work, injury or sickness.

  • You may cancel/not purchase additional packages any time after your current package of sessions is complete.

  • If you would like to complete more sessions in a month, or less sessions in a month, contact for additional pricing.

  • Yes! Online coaching is now available.
